Lesson
8
By now, you’ve collected raw data from your customers, distilled that data into a Voice of Customer document, identified the jobs your product does for your customers, and gained a clearer understanding of your customers’ most common “roles.”
It should go without saying that this work is extremely valuable for marketing. However, it’s also highly valuable to other departments, too. So in this lesson, you’ll learn how to package up the research you’ve done and present it to your company -- establishing yourself as an internal expert on your customers, and enabling other departments to be more customer-centric, as well.
