We’ll show you how to conduct a competitive analysis, and why this exercise is useful - not just for your own marketing efforts, but also for outsourcing work and for scaling your team.

  1. Take a high-level inventory of your competitors
  2. Investigate what resources you already have internally
  3. Run an audit on the most relevant competing solutions (lead messages, positioning, marketing strategy etc).
  4. Distill what you’ve learned for your team, for new hires, and for contractors (You can use the Direct & Indirect Competitors Audit, the Competitive Feature Comparison Chart Template and/or the Alternative Solutions Worksheet.)
