How confident are you in your SaaS onboarding experience? From the moment a potential customer lands on your site, things like positioning, navigation, CTA’s, trials, and initial emails are critical. Your goal? To get to the all-important “aha moment” as fast as possible. In a special live teardown session, we took two fabulous volunteer companies and walked through what we liked and what we questioned.
First we looked at SatisMeter, a company that aims to put customer feedback on autopilot. Next was BEE, which helps users quickly create beautiful emails. Both had a solid foundation and attractive designs. As we walked through their website, product onboarding, and emails in turn, we brainstormed about what we would test and why.
